You’re getting warmer
We're building a new kind of third space in New York, designed for how people gather today. We can't share the full details yet, but if you're reading this, you're getting warmer.
We're hiring
01GeneralManager
A general manager, for something warm.
We're looking for the person who will run the room. Someone who can open a building and then hold it — the team, the standard, the four walls and their P&L — from a quiet weekday morning to a Saturday that runs until four. Saturdays make their own demand; you're the one who makes Tuesday afternoon matter. You've hired people who'd follow you anywhere, and details don't slip past you.
02MarketingDirector
A marketing director, for something warm.
We're looking for the person who will make the room known before the doors open. Someone who builds demand out of story rather than spend, who understands that a brand is the sum of every small signal — the invitation, the photograph, the sentence on the door. You've launched something from nothing, you can hold a founding voice and a growth model in the same hand, and you'd rather earn the first thousand members than buy them.
03Sponsorship& Private Events
A commercial founder, for something warm.
We're looking for the person who will sell the room. Someone with a real book of New York buyers who can start dialing tomorrow, who has sold a space before it existed and liked the challenge, and who knows the fastest way to devalue a great room is to sell it cheap — or to the wrong partner. Two revenue lines, built from zero, from first prospect to final payment.
04ProgrammingManager
A programmer, for something warm.
We're looking for the person who will shape the culture. Someone with exceptional taste and real relationships across the city's music and creative scenes, who can turn that taste into formats people plan their lives around. The weekends make the brand; the quiet hours make the model work. You book it, produce it, host it, and know exactly what it returned.
05F&BProgram Consultant
An F&B program consultant, for something warm.
We're looking for the person who will build the program around the room. Someone who can make a menu feel alive without making it hard to execute, who moves easily between a dish, a drink, a labor model, and a COGS target. You know that the best wellness-coded program doesn't lecture guests — it makes the easy choice something guests crave and still leaves room for pleasure.
